Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for designers, contractors and homeowners planning lighting, furniture and custom interiors. If your question is not here, message us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

How do I choose the right diameter for my room? +

Start from the room, not the fixture. For a dining room, a common starting point is a diameter roughly one third the width of the table. For a foyer or double-height void, the fixture should read as a considered proportion of the opening — usually larger than people expect. Our Chandelier Studio shows a model at true scale in a room so you can judge it before ordering.

What drop should I specify? +

For a dining table, leave about 75–85 cm between the table surface and the lowest point of the fixture. In a void or stairwell, set the drop so the lowest tier sits clear of head height on every landing. Send us the mounting height and we will calculate it with you.

Can I order a size that is not listed? +

Yes. Most models are built to order across a range of diameters and heights, and can be adapted with reviewed proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature.

Will my ceiling support a large fixture? +

Large fixtures need a properly rated fixing point. Tell us what you are hanging from — concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling — and we will confirm the arrangement and give your contractor the finished weight and load information.

Is installation included? +

Complimentary door-to-door delivery is included, together with practical installation guidance for your team. Fixtures arrive in tiers with a sequence and hardware list, and a competent electrician can install them. For unusually large pieces we remain available while your installer works.

Can a fixture be hung on a sloped ceiling? +

In some designs, with the right canopy and suspension. Ask before ordering and include a photograph of the ceiling so we can confirm what is possible.

Is assembly required on site? +

Tiered fixtures ship partly assembled to protect the crystal and glass. Basic assembly is required on site, and professional installation is recommended for large pieces.

What voltage do you build for? +

Both. Fixtures can be built for 110–120 V or 220–240 V, and we confirm the required voltage for your project before production begins.

Are bulbs and LED included? +

Specified LED lamps or integrated LED are quoted with the fixture. Tell us the colour temperature you want — warm for residential interiors, cooler for commercial spaces.

Is the fixture dimmable? +

Dimmable options are available. Confirm the dimming system your project uses (leading edge, trailing edge, 0–10 V, DALI or a specific smart system) so we build a compatible driver.

How do I clean crystal and glass? +

Use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth and gloved hands. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners. Care notes are included with the fixture, and replacement components are available afterwards.

How long will my order take? +

Production time and international transit are quoted separately, because both depend on the model, the size and your destination. You receive both figures before payment. Ready-to-ship items are the fastest route if your programme is tight.

How does payment work? +

Availability, specification, production planning and delivery are confirmed before payment. Larger commissions are staged against milestones, typically a deposit to release production and the balance before dispatch.

Is shipping really included? +

Complimentary door-to-door delivery is offered worldwide, with import duties and taxes included where stated on the product page. If your destination requires special handling we will tell you before you order.

How do I track my order? +

Send your order number on WhatsApp or by email and you will receive the current production stage, the expected dispatch date and the tracking reference once the shipment is live.

Can you match a finish or a colour? +

Send a photograph, a RAL reference or a physical sample. We will confirm whether we can match it and what it adds to the schedule.

What does the warranty cover? +

Structural and electrical components of the fixture, including finish defects appearing under normal interior conditions. Exclusions and the claims process are set out on our warranty and after-sales page.

Can I return an item? +

Eligible unused, non-custom products may be returned within 90 days. Custom-order change-of-mind restrictions do not affect defect remedies or your mandatory rights.

Do you work with interior designers and contractors? +

Yes. Our trade programme supports design studios, architects, builders, procurement teams and hospitality projects with project pricing, specification support, finish samples and schedule coordination.

Can you provide drawings, specifications and samples? +

Yes. Dimensioned drawings, specification data and finish samples are available for eligible products and projects. Confirm requirements with our project team before ordering.

Still unsure?

Send a photograph of the space, the ceiling height and the mounting point. You will get an answer from someone who builds the fixtures, not a chat script.
