Sizing, installation and ordering
- Choose the diameter and drop against room width, ceiling height and the clearance required below the fixture. For a dining table, leave about 75–85 cm between the table surface and the lowest point of the fixture.
- Ceiling fixing: tell us whether you are hanging from a concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling, and we will confirm the arrangement and provide the finished weight and load information for your contractor.
- Proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature can be adapted on request.
- Built to order: production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment.
- Photographs of the finished piece are sent for your approval before dispatch.

Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes. Most models are built to order across a range of diameters and heights, and can be adapted with reviewed proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature. Send us the room type, dimensions and ceiling height and we will confirm which sizes suit the space.
Will my ceiling support this fixture?
Large fixtures need a properly rated fixing point. Tell us what you are hanging from — concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling — and we will confirm the arrangement and give your contractor the finished weight and load information. Exact fixture weight is confirmed for your selected size before production starts.
Is installation included?
Complimentary door-to-door delivery is included, together with practical installation guidance for your team. Fixtures arrive in tiers with a sequence and hardware list, and a competent electrician can install them.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment. Plan your installation date against the later of the two, not against the production date alone.

Als Richtwert sollten Sie 75–85 cm zwischen der Tischoberfläche und dem tiefsten Punkt der Leuchte lassen. Senden Sie uns Ihre Raummaße und Deckenhöhe, und wir bestätigen die richtige Größe, bevor Sie bestellen – bei den meisten Modellen können Durchmesser, Etagenanzahl und Abhängungslänge angepasst werden.
Passt es zu meiner Einrichtung?
Jedes Angebot gibt das Gehäusematerial, die Oberflächenfamilie und die Stilgruppe an, und die Galerie zeigt das Modell im gebauten Zustand statt als Rendering. Die Namen der Oberflächen beschreiben die Farbe und die Oberflächenbehandlung, nicht das Grundmaterial. Kristall, Glas und Metall wirken bei Tageslicht anders als unter Lampenlicht. Wenn eine exakte Übereinstimmung wichtig ist, bitten Sie uns daher vor der Bestellung um ein Materialmuster.
Sind die Leuchtmittel enthalten?
Dies ist bei jedem Angebot vermerkt. Wo in der Spezifikation „Leuchtmittel inklusive“ steht, wird die Lampe mitgeliefert; wo eine Anzahl an Leuchtmitteln angegeben ist, wird die Leuchte für diese Anzahl an Lampen geliefert, ohne dass die Leuchtmittel enthalten sind. Die Leuchten sind für 110-240 V ausgelegt und funktionieren ohne externen Transformator im US-, kanadischen und EU-Stromnetz. 3000 K ist Standard; andere Farbtemperaturen und Dimmfunktionen können auf Anfrage spezifiziert werden.
Wie wird es installiert?
Kronleuchter und Pendelleuchten werden in Ebenen mit einer nummerierten Montageabfolge, einer Teileliste sowie einer Deckenplatte geliefert; die Aufhängung erfolgt per Kette oder Draht, sofern in der Artikelbeschreibung nicht „bündig“ oder „halb-bündig“ angegeben ist. Teilen Sie uns mit, woran Sie die Leuchte befestigen möchten – Betonplatte, Holzbalken, Stahlträger oder abgehängte Decke – und wir bestätigen Ihnen die Vorrichtung und nennen Ihnen das Fertiggewicht sowie die Traglastwerte für Ihren Auftragnehmer. Decken- und Wandleuchten passen in eine Standard-Anschlussdose oder Wanddose, während Steh- und Tischleuchten freistehend sind.
