Client Messages
We are a project workshop, so most of what reaches us is a question before it is an order. This page collects the messages we answer most often, and how we handle the ones that need a real answer rather than a template.

The five questions that come up every week
“How do I know the size will look right in my room?”
Give us the room width, ceiling height and mounting point. We will tell you the diameter range that reads correctly. If you want to see it first, the Chandelier Studio places a fixture to scale in a real room so you can judge proportion before ordering.
“Will my ceiling hold it?”
Large fixtures hang from a ceiling rose, canopy or structural point. Send a photo of the ceiling and the structure you plan to hang from — concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or a suspended ceiling — and we will confirm the fixing arrangement and provide the load information your contractor needs.
“Can you change something about this model?”
Usually yes. Diameter, drop, tier count, metal finish, glass colour, voltage and suspension are all adjustable on most designs. The customization process shows what we need from you and what we send back.
“What is the lead time, and when do I pay?”
Availability, specification, production planning and delivery to your address are confirmed before payment. Production time and international transit are quoted separately so you can plan the installation date. Full stages are on the order process page.
“What if something arrives damaged, or the wrong size?”
Tell us within the delivery window with photos. Damage in transit and manufacturing defects are remedied under warranty — see warranty & after-sales.
Project notes
We do not publish client names, addresses or photographs of private interiors without written consent, so the examples below describe the briefs we work on rather than the individuals behind them.
Double-height residence foyer
A cascading crystal fixture specified to hung height at the stair void, with the finish matched to existing brass door furniture and the drop set so the lowest tier clears head height on the landing.
Hospitality lobby
A repeated fixture line specified across a double-height lobby, with units matched to each other, protected from the cleaning schedule, and delivered on a staged schedule so installation could follow the fit-out programme.
Private dining room
Diameter and drop chosen against the table rather than the room, so the light sits where people actually are — with dimming set for evening use.

Send us your question
Photos, dimensions and a section drawing if you have one. You will get an answer from someone who builds the fixtures, not a chat script.
