Order Process
A project order is a sequence of approvals, not a checkout. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the moment the fixture is in your ceiling — including what we need from you at each stage.

1. Enquiry and specification
Send the room type, dimensions, ceiling height, mounting point, destination and any drawings or mood references. If you already know which model you want, send the size and finish. You receive a first response with sizes that suit the space and any questions we need answered.
Useful to include: plan or section drawing, a photo of the ceiling structure, required voltage, dimming system, installation date and site access notes.
2. Quotation
You receive the model or composition, dimensions, materials and finish, electrical specification, production time, transit time and a delivered price — itemised, so you can see what changes if the size or finish changes.
3. Technical proposal and approval
For custom or adapted work we issue a drawing set: overall dimensions, drop and canopy position, tier arrangement and component schedule, finish references, load information and packing arrangement. Production only starts once this set is approved in writing. This is the stage that prevents the two most expensive mistakes in large lighting — wrong drop and wrong ceiling fixing.

4. Payment
Availability, specification, production planning and delivery to your address are confirmed before payment. Larger commissions are staged against milestones — typically a deposit to release production and the balance before dispatch. Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the quotation.
5. Production
Manufacture runs to the approved drawings: metalwork and finishing, then hand assembly of crystal and glass, then electrical testing at your project's voltage. You receive progress photographs at agreed points during production.
6. Approval before dispatch
Before packing we send photographs of the finished piece and confirm that nothing has changed since approval. Only then do we arrange protective export packing and dispatch.

7. Delivery, installation and after-sales
Complimentary door-to-door delivery worldwide, with import duties and taxes included as stated on the product page. You receive tracking and, where helpful, practical installation guidance for your electrician. Spare components are held after delivery, and the fixture carries a structural and electrical warranty — see warranty & after-sales.
Typical timing
| Stage | What drives the duration |
|---|---|
| Quotation | How complete your brief is |
| Drawing approval | How many revisions the design needs |
| Production | Model, size, finish and component availability |
| Transit | Destination, mode and customs clearance |
You will always get both the production and the transit figure before you pay, and we will tell you if a date is not achievable rather than let a programme slip quietly.
Send your first brief
A photo, a drawing or even a description of the room is enough to start. We will tell you what we need next.
