Brand Story

PALERILL makes statement lighting for rooms that were designed before the light was chosen. We work from our own workshop, and we ship direct to private residences, design studios, hospitality projects and commercial interiors worldwide. No importer sits between you and the people who draw, build and inspect your fixture.

Why we build the way we build

Most oversized lighting fails for the same three reasons: it is drawn for a photograph rather than a real ceiling, the specification is written for the wrong voltage, or it arrives as a box of loose parts with no installation plan. We set the studio up to remove those three failures.

  • Scale first. Diameter, height of drop, canopy position and ceiling load are settled before anything is produced.
  • Specification in writing. Voltage, dimming, finish, glass and crystal grade, suspension and packing are listed in the approval drawing set you sign off.
  • Built and inspected in house. Metalwork, assembly and quality review happen in our own workshop, so the person checking the fixture is the person who built it.

What we make

Our core work is chandeliers and suspension lighting engineered for height: crystal cascades, hand-set glass compositions, sculptural ribbon and leaf forms, and architectural linear pieces. Alongside lighting we offer furniture, mirrors and décor selected to hold the same material language, so a project can be specified in one place rather than five.

How we work with you

1. Buy from the collection

Every model in the store is built in a range of sizes. Choose the diameter that suits the room and we build that size to order.

2. Adapt a model

Change the diameter, drop, tier count, metal finish, glass colour or voltage. Same visual language, matched to your drawings.

3. Commission from scratch

Send a mood, a sketch or a section drawing. We return a technical proposal, a delivered price and a schedule — then build to the approved drawings.

What stays the same on every order

  • Availability, specification, production planning and delivery to your address are confirmed before payment.
  • Complimentary door-to-door delivery worldwide, with practical installation guidance for your team.
  • Production time and international transit are quoted separately, so you can plan installation dates.
  • Structural and electrical warranty on every fixture, with spare parts held after delivery.

Start with a room, not a catalogue

Send the room type, dimensions, ceiling height and a photo or drawing. We will come back with sizes that suit the space, a specification and a delivered price.

TRUST & VERIFICATION

The questions buyers ask before a first order

Straight answers on who we are, who builds the fixture, what is verified before it ships, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Is PALERILL a legitimate seller? +

Yes. PALERILL is the maker, not a reseller. We design and build in our own workshop and ship direct to private residences, design studios, hospitality projects and commercial interiors. There is no importer or trading layer between you and the people who draw, build and inspect your fixture.

Who actually makes my fixture? +

Our own workshop. Metalwork and finishing, the hand assembly of crystal and glass, and electrical testing all happen in house, so the person checking the fixture is the person who built it.

How do I know the size and finish will be right before it ships? +

For custom or adapted work we issue a drawing set covering overall dimensions, drop and canopy position, tier arrangement, finish references, load information and packing arrangement. Production only starts once you approve that set in writing. Before dispatch we send photographs of the finished piece and confirm that nothing has changed since approval.

What voltage and certification will I receive? +

Fixtures are rated 110-240V and work on US, Canadian and EU supply without an external transformer. Our listings publish CE, RoHS and ETL / UL (US and Canada) certification, and certificates and test reports are available on request for your project file.

What happens if something arrives damaged or faulty? +

Message us with your order number and photographs: one wide shot, one close-up of the affected part, and one of the packaging if it is a transit issue. We confirm the remedy, which may be a replacement component, a replacement section, a repair instruction for your installer, or a return. Diagnostics by photo and video call usually avoid shipping a whole fixture back. Eligible unused, non-custom products may also be returned within 90 days.

Do you sell to designers and contractors? +

Yes. Trade and project supply includes volume pricing, staged delivery and technical documentation for designers, contractors and hospitality projects. The trade page explains how to register a studio or practice.

Will the price change after I order? +

No. You receive an itemised delivered price covering the model or composition, dimensions, materials and finish, electrical specification, production time and transit. Availability, specification, production planning and delivery to your address are confirmed before payment.
