The process
- Brief. Room type, dimensions, ceiling height and structure, desired scale, style reference, budget frame and date.
- Concept. Sketches or a 3D view of the proposed composition with the scale indicated against your room.
- Technical drawing set. Overall dimensions, drop and canopy position, tier arrangement, component schedule, finished weight and load information, finish references, packing arrangement.
- Material approval. Physical or photographic samples of metal finish, crystal and glass.
- Production. Manufacture to the approved drawings, with progress photographs at agreed points.
- Inspection and dispatch. Approval photographs of the finished piece, then protective packing and shipment.
What we need from you
- A plan or section drawing if one exists — even a rough one is useful.
- A photograph of the ceiling and the intended mounting point.
- Destination country, so voltage, plug configuration and shipping are correct.
- The voltage and dimming system on site, if already installed.
- Your required installation date, so production and transit can be scheduled around it.
