• Choose the diameter and drop against room width, ceiling height and the clearance required below the fixture. For a dining table, leave about 75–85 cm between the table surface and the lowest point of the fixture.
• Ceiling fixing: tell us whether you are hanging from a concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling, and we will confirm the arrangement and provide the finished weight and load information for your contractor.
• Proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature can be adapted on request.
• Built to order: production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment.
• Photographs of the finished piece are sent for your approval before dispatch.

Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes. Most models are built to order across a range of diameters and heights, and can be adapted with reviewed proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature. Send us the room type, dimensions and ceiling height and we will confirm which sizes suit the space.

Will my ceiling support this fixture?
Large fixtures need a properly rated fixing point. Tell us what you are hanging from — concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling — and we will confirm the arrangement and give your contractor the finished weight and load information. Exact fixture weight is confirmed for your selected size before production starts.

Is installation included?
Complimentary door-to-door delivery is included, together with practical installation guidance for your team. Fixtures arrive in tiers with a sequence and hardware list, and a competent electrician can install them.

How long do production and delivery take?
Production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment. Plan your installation date against the later of the two, not against the production date alone.
