For interior designers, architects, contractors and hospitality teams who need lighting decisions to be elegant, documented and commercially clear.

SERVICE DETAIL

Practical support behind considered specification.

Scope-aware quotations

Project pricing and availability are considered against the selected products, quantity, delivery destination and requirements.

Specification support

Available dimensions, finish information and technical documents are coordinated around the selected product and market.

Finish & sample dialogue

Review available material and finish options before a project moves into final confirmation.

Visible project coordination

Keep product selection, approval milestones and delivery communication together through one project contact.

WORKING METHOD

Designed for teams that need a reliable handover.

Trade support is structured around the information needed to make and document a confident project decision.
  1. 1

    Introduce the brief

Share your studio or company, project stage, location, product interest and delivery window.

  2. 2

    Review the specification

We align product suitability, available technical information and any customization requirements.

  3. 3

    Receive a project route

A written proposal sets out the applicable selection, commercial terms and next approval steps.

  4. 4

    Coordinate the order

Once confirmed, the project contact supports production updates and delivery documentation.

PROJECT CLARITY

Useful inputs make a faster first response.

  • Your company name, professional role, project location and preferred contact details.
  • Plans, ceiling heights, installation requirements, desired model references or visual direction.
  • Target quantity, finish direction, required delivery date and any procurement requirements.

Start a Trade Conversation

The PALERILL designer and trade programme exists so that studios, architects, developers and procurement teams can specify large lighting without absorbing manufacturing risk. You get a direct line to the workshop, drawings instead of guesswork, and pricing that works inside a project budget.

Designer reviewing bespoke lighting options
A direct line to the people who build the fixtures

Who it is for

  • Interior designers and design studios specifying residential or hospitality projects
  • Architects coordinating lighting within a wider package
  • Developers and contractors buying across multiple units or floors
  • Procurement and FF&E teams working to a programme and a specification

What the programme includes

  • Trade pricing. 20% off list price across our chandelier collections, and project-based pricing on other categories. Your rate is confirmed in writing when the account is opened.
  • A named contact who stays with the project rather than a generic inbox.
  • Drawing support. Dimensioned drawings and, where useful, CAD-ready or simplified drawing sets and specification text for your documentation.
  • Samples and finish approval. Metal, crystal and glass samples sent for sign-off before production.
  • Schedule protection. Production and transit confirmed separately so you can put real dates into a programme.
  • Matched batches. Repeated fixtures produced and inspected as a set.
  • Staged delivery aligned to the fit-out sequence.
  • Installation guidance for your contractor, plus after-sales support for the client once the project is handed over.
  • Confidentiality. Project details, drawings and client names are not published or reused without written consent.
  • No minimum order. A single statement piece and a multi-floor project order go through the same process. There is no minimum quantity, and no minimum project value, to open a trade account.
