  • Ceiling fixing: tell us whether you are hanging from a concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling, and we will confirm the arrangement and provide the finished weight and load information for your contractor.
  • Proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature can be adapted on request.
  • Built to order: production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment.
  • Photographs of the finished piece are sent for your approval before dispatch.

FAQ

Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes. Most models are built to order across a range of diameters and heights, and can be adapted with reviewed proportions, suspension, finish, glass, voltage and colour temperature. Send us the room type, dimensions and ceiling height and we will confirm which sizes suit the space.

Will my ceiling support this fixture?
Large fixtures need a properly rated fixing point. Tell us what you are hanging from — concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling — and we will confirm the arrangement and give your contractor the finished weight and load information. Exact fixture weight is confirmed for your selected size before production starts.

Is installation included?
Complimentary door-to-door delivery is included, together with practical installation guidance for your team. Fixtures arrive in tiers with a sequence and hardware list, and a competent electrician can install them.

How long do production and delivery take?
Production time and international transit are quoted separately, and both figures are confirmed to you before payment. Plan your installation date against the later of the two, not against the production date alone.

Four questions worth settling first

These are the four things that decide whether a fixture works in the room: size, style, lamps and installation.

Will this size work in my room?

Compare the listed diameter with the room or with the table below it, and the drop with your ceiling height. As a guide, leave 75-85 cm (30-33 in) between a dining table surface and the lowest point of the fixture. Send us your room dimensions and ceiling height and we will confirm the right size before you order - the diameter, tier count and suspension length can be adapted on most models.

Will it match my interior?

Every listing gives the body material, finish family and style grouping, and the gallery shows the model as built rather than a rendering. Finish names describe colour and surface treatment, not the base material. Crystal, glass and metal read differently in daylight than under lamp light, so if an exact match matters, ask us for a material sample before you order.

Are the bulbs included?

This is stated on each listing. Where the specification says bulb included, the lamp is supplied; where it gives a number of bulbs, the fixture is supplied for that many lamps and the bulbs are not included. Fixtures are rated 110-240V and work on US, Canadian and EU supply without an external transformer. 3000 K is standard; other colour temperatures and dimming can be specified on request.

How is it installed?

Chandeliers and pendants arrive in tiers with a numbered assembly sequence, a hardware list and a ceiling plate; suspension is by chain or wire unless the listing says flush or semi-flush. Tell us what you are fixing to - concrete slab, timber joist, steel truss or suspended ceiling - and we will confirm the arrangement and give you the finished weight and load figures for your contractor. Ceiling lights and wall lights fit a standard junction box or wall box, and floor and table lamps are freestanding.
